Before the Move-In
Necessary maintenance completed, including the following:

  • Carpeting, painting, lawn maintenance, plumbing and eletrical
  • Thorough move-in inventory completed
  • First month's rent and all deposits collected and deposited


After the Move-In & Maintenance

  • We will receive and attend to any maintenance issues the tenant may have
  • Maintenance issues will be cleared through you before any action is taken
  • Contact will be maintained with the tentant if any rents due are tardy
  • Appropriate actions will be taken should a tenant be consistantly late with their rent
